Hello there, it's me, the human rocket Tomas Vėjas, arguably the best DJ in town. And here are my retro 2004 Technics SL-DZ1200 CD players/controllers from Japan, designed to imitate vinyl records, connected to, in my humble opinion, the perfectly sounding Formula Sound FF 4.2R mixer. I don't think anyone else in Lithuania has a setup like this (?) But all this gear and mastery would be a complete piece of crap and worthless components without my creative energy and you, my friends - the audience! Mixing music is not just about technically combining songs and sounds. It's about creating emotions, reading the crowd, controlling it, and having a dialogue with it. It's not just about filling the space with sound, but also about immersing oneself in collective ecstasy, a shared experience, and creating a story.
